11 February 2020
The health and welfare of our tenants, visitors and shoppers is of utmost concern to us. MOH raised Singapore’s Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) to Orange last Friday (7 Feb 2020). Since last month, we have implemented many of the MOH recommended orange-level precautionary measures at our malls and office properties. These include increasing the frequency of cleaning and the implementation of designated isolation rooms and evacuation routes to minimise contact of suspected cases with the general public.
As part of our stepped-up measures:
- At One Marina Boulevard (“OMB”), from 7 Feb 2020, all tenants and visitors are required to go through temperature screening. Tenants/visitors who are unwell will be declined entry to the building. To facilitate the temperature screening, entry points to the building will be restricted to Level 1 and Level 7. The entrance at Basement 1 and glass lift access to Level 8 will be closed. This may result in a longer waiting time to enter the building.
- At our malls, shoppers who visit our malls are also required to adhere to store-level temperature screening, where relevant.
We seek your cooperation and understanding for any inconvenience caused as a result of the additional precautionary measure, which is intended for the health and wellbeing for everyone within our properties.
We urge all to continue to practise good personal hygiene, be socially responsible and see a doctor if you are unwell. You may visit https://www.moh.gov.sg/2019-ncov-wuhan for the latest updates on COVID-19.
